President 

As an experienced insurance and financial representative since 1993, Michael has worked for well known companies such as Liberty Mutual, John Hancock, and AIG.  He also formed his own insurance agency called Financial Solutions in 1999.

A graduate of The University of Baltimore in 1990 in Business Administration, Michael has always had a passion for insurance, mortgages and financial services.  He has opened accounts for large corporations such as The Pentagon Federal Credit Union and United Parcel Service.  However, his motivation and mission in life has changed from large corporations to small businesses and individuals.  His passion for helping entrepreneurs can be felt in communities throughout the United States.

Accomplishments:

Michael also is proud to be affiliated as a member for the Maryland Washington Minority Contractors Association (MWMCA). Michael also has been hired by UniVison, Telemundo and Telefutura to help reach out to Hispanic business owners and entrepreneurs.  This diversification has helped propel Michael to the top of the insurance, mortgage and financial workplace.

Carlos arrived in the United States in 1983 as a young child of immigrants.  As he was growing up, his family instilled in him the goal of working hard and educating himself.  Soon after graduating from high school in 1995, he started his first job as a front desk agent at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center (AKA Radisson).  Through hard work and long hours he quickly moved up the management chain and achieved a top management position as Sales & Marketing Manager of the famous Hilton Washington Towers and Capital Hilton.  Because of his entrepreneurial nature, and a desire for financial security, he joined a well known mortgage and real estate network marketing company where he successfully built a large organization becoming one of the top 50 team and personal producers in the country.  As a mortgage planner, he has helped hundreds of clients find mortgage products that allowed them to reach their stated financial goals, whether it is to increase their liquidity through refinancing, decrease their mortgage rate, maximize their mortgage tax deductions, or pay off substantial debt.  His role has been to help his clients integrate the loan that they select into their overall short and long-term financial goals.

Chief Financial Officer

R&D Operations Manager 

Tony is a physicist who is responsible for the financial well being of Z-Group Int’l and for all corporate research.  In his role as CFO he manages all legal and financial business for the company including overseeing preparation of the annual and month-to-month financial and personnel reports.  In his role as head of R&D, Tony has developed a unique realistic mathematical model for Multilevel Marketing Corporate growth.  This model is being used to project short and long term corporate associate and revenue growth as an aid in corporate and associate goals setting.

He received his PhD in physics in 1974 and, in addition to his roles as CFO and R&D Manager for Z-Group Int’l, works at a major not-for-profit corporation conducting mathematical modeling and simulation analysis for a variety of government sponsors and teaches an advanced course in target tracking in the graduate mathematics department at the University of Maryland.
